chirp chirp....

so this morning i woke up to the sound of birds chirping. and i've got to tell you, it really starts off my days so beautifully! spring is here! even if the weather kinda sucks some days :) i'm definitely excited for the warmer weather, bike rides, camping, bbq'ing, and general much outside fun. too bad i don't have a laundry line... then i'd be set. honestly. as well as a gardern... sigh... :)
and to keep the mood light, as i'm currently surrounded in yarn, hooks and needles... hahah
a few spring-y things to keep you excited for the season. xo
gotta start with a wreath! of eggs... :)

this is soo pretty... i just love the colours... don't you? honestly, i'm in love with this photo.... and i'm probably going to be thinking about it all day. :)

and you know i've got to include tulips!

hrmmm maybe i should pick up tulips today....
and the final "weeeee it's spring!!!"

can't argue with yarn. you really can't.

what are you up to today? do you have warmer spring weather in your area? are you one of the lucky ones who has a laundry line? and a garden? what are your fave things about spring? are you like me, and can't wait to have all of the windows open?
yes i'm totally surrounded in yarn, but there are lots of yarn-y flowers involved, so it's all wonderful. i also have a lot of coffee here.. so let's chat! xo

  1. We have a teeny garden but in it we have a hydrangea and a fig tree of all things. So it's bursting with green. I long for tulips, though, they are my hands-down favorite flower. I think people's favorite flowers say alot about them don't you? Ramble ramble.
I'm kind of giddy because I just got paid to make a sweater and I have enough to buy myself a little yarn treat...decisions decisions...
