knitting like the wind

as mrs. whatsit so wonderfully stated "wild nights are my glory" i'm really digging today's blustery weather. it's grey, and w.i.n.d.y!!! perfect for getting heaps of knitting done.. which is what i plan to do.(you know, knit like the wind!) hahaha... as you know, our days are usually chalked full of things to do, running around, etc etc. today is going to be a day of mostly knitting and relaxing before swimming lessons.
as for what's on my needles? here's a little peek:

and it's reeeeeaaaalllly soft. just sayin'.

what are you working on today? anyone know where the quote came from? come chat. it's a grand day to cozy up and knit xoxoxoxo

I'm intrigued by what you have on the needles right now since it looks like the same colours as your recently finished Pendulum, but with fuzzier yarn.

  3. Last week I organized all my knitting books, magazines, & single patterns. So today I made sure they were all in my virtual library on ravelry. Seriously, I'm just trying to find things to do as I wait for this baby. Somedays I'm more patient than others, scratch that some HOURS I'm more patient than others ;)

    1. this part is always the hardest, hey? how are the other kids doing? are they getting pretty excited?

    2. Yes the kids are super excited but the waiting is just as hard on them as it is on me. My youngest tries every morning to take my belly off so that the baby will come :) when he is unsuccessful he says 'baby is stuck. baby is glued' so cute and funny.
